That is because PVDC needs very clean conditions. We follow local environmental rules. We also meet safety requirements for food contact materials. We work with big global brands. When they visit our factory, they like our production environment. We have our own R&D team. They can adjust the barrier properties of the product for you. Please note: PVDC is different from PVC. PVDC has better barrier performance and higher clarity. Our factory has 115 workers, and 53 of them make film products. Some of them work only on PVDC. We make 120,000 meters per day in total, but product is made based on orders. It does not use our regular PVC lines. This product is a premium product.

This PVDC foil has a food-grade smooth surface. It is flat and even with no bumps. People often use it for high-barrier packing. For example, it works for meat, cheese, and dry goods that need moisture protection. It can also be used as the bottom layer for medicine blister packs. The main data: normal width is 1260mm or 1400mm. Normal thickness is 0.06mm to 0.20mm. The surface finish is food-grade smooth. The roll is a special roll for packing. We support free samples. You can do a water vapor transmission rate test on the sample. The minimum order for this product is 5000 meters for one color and one thickness. Because PVDC raw material costs more than PVC, the price per meter is higher. But the barrier performance is much better. If you need a custom thickness or width, you can talk to our R&D team. Custom sample development takes 15 days. This product is ideal for food manufacturers.

We give a 6-month warranty. But if you store product in a hot or humid place, its barrier performance will drop. So we will give you a storage guide with each shipment. If the goods are damaged in shipping, we will talk and find a solution. Our export packing uses thick pearl cotton and kraft paper. We also add a moisture-proof aluminum foil bag. We accept third-party inspections. Before packing, we do a 100% check. We support EXW, FOB, and DDP. DDP is the most convenient. We ship the PVDC foil directly to your warehouse. We take USD and RMB. We have one person for after-sales service. If you have any problem with use, like the wrong heat seal temperature, we will guide you remotely. Our product already goes to Vietnam and India. Local food packing plants use it there.
