PVC Decorative Film Installation Process

The installation of PVC decorative film is a highly specialized process. Professionally trained installers use specialized tools and specific installation solutions (such as X-100) and cleaning agents to ensure the film's longevity. Pure water-free of any alkaline or saline components-is used throughout the installation to guarantee a finish that is smooth, neat, and free of bubbles or particles.

The installation process follows a standardized, safe procedure:
1. Site Assessment: Evaluate the suitability of the installation site and take accurate measurements (precise to the centimeter).

2. Film Preparation: Confirm the specific decorative film model required by the client and cut the film to precise dimensions.

3. Site Preparation: Installers wear clean uniforms and shoe covers before entering the premises; inspect the glass and surrounding areas for any existing damage.

4. Site Protection: Manage, protect, or relocate the client's belongings as necessary, and take photographs before installation to ensure items can be returned to their original positions afterward.

5. Dust Control: Employ a water-mist technique to settle dust (spraying a fine mist into the room or in front of the window until it settles on the floor) to minimize the impact of dust on the film application.

6. Glass Cleaning: Inspect the glass for cracks, missing sections, protrusions, indentations, or scratches, and check its structural integrity; address any issues found before proceeding.
