We design this PVC film for blister packaging for automatic blister machines. Daily goods, hardware, toys, and electronics use this film. The surface is food‑grade smooth and clear. It heats evenly and forms sharp shapes. Normal width is 1260 mm or 1400 mm. Normal thickness is 0.15 mm to 0.30 mm for packaging grade. The finish is food‑grade smooth and clear. Rolls come as narrow rolls (400–500 mm) for automatic lines. We also cut wide rolls for you. We give free samples. Put the sample on your machine. Check if it forms well and turns white or not. Minimum order is 5000 meters for one color and one thickness. The film is clear or has a slight blue tint.

Our service has three steps. First, we ask your heating temperature and forming depth. Then we pick the right thickness and formula for your product. Second, we send videos during production. You see no dots or black spots. Third, after you get the film, we help with any issue. For example, if the part does not pop out, we guide you to change speed and heat. We give 6 months warranty. If the film gets brittle or sticky, we replace it. We pack the film in a moisture‑proof aluminum foil bag. This stops water absorption. Wet film makes bubbles during forming. We accept third‑party inspection. We check every roll before packing. We support EXW, FOB, and DDP.
