The film runs on automatic blister machines. Forming depth can reach over 10 mm. Normal width is 1260 mm or 1400 mm. Normal thickness is 0.12 mm to 0.30 mm. Surface finish is clear or matte – you choose. Rolls come as standard big rolls. We also slit them into narrow rolls for you. We give free samples. Test the pvdc blister packaging on your machine. Check if the shape is sharp and if the part comes out easily. Minimum order is 5000 meters for one color and one thickness. Large orders get a discount.

How do we control quality? We check raw material clarity before production. During production, we have three checks for black spots and unmelted dots. Unmelted dots are small hard pieces. They hurt forming. We remove them strictly. The final product matches your approved sample. We give 6 months warranty. If shipping damages the film, we talk and solve it. We accept third‑party inspection. We check every roll before packing. If your pvdc blister packaging sticks or stretches unevenly, we answer within 24 hours. We give adjustment advice. Our export packing uses thick pearl cotton and kraft paper with end caps. We support EXW, FOB, and DDP. We take USD and RMB.
