Normal thickness is medical grade, usually 0.25 mm to 0.35 mm. The surface is a foil sealing side. One side looks like aluminum. The other side is clear PVC. Rolls are special for medicine blister lines. We send free samples. You can test water vapor transmission. It should be below 0.5 g/m²·24h.
